6. License to Use Purchased Digital Products

Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchasing a digital product from Construction Quality Lab grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product internally for their own professional, company, or project purposes.

7. Internal Project Use

Purchased digital products may be adapted and used on actual construction projects, provided the user remains fully responsible for checking and customizing them against:

8. Ownership of Modified Documents

If you modify a purchased Construction Quality Lab template for your own company or project use, you may own the project-specific information, data, comments, references, and inputs that you add.

However, Construction Quality Lab retains ownership of the original template structure, design, wording, layout, formulas, methodology, formatting, and underlying intellectual property.

Modification of a purchased template does not give the user the right to resell, redistribute, publish, license, or commercially exploit the original or modified version as a competing product.

9. No Resale, Redistribution, or Template Library Use
